Last updated: July 14, 2026 hoodstar.fun is a non-custodial platform. This policy explains what limited data we handle and how.

What we collect

We never collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or custody of funds. We do not require an email address to use the platform (email/social login via Privy is optional and handled by Privy under their privacy policy).

What’s on the blockchain

Your wallet address, trades, token launches, and fee claims are recorded on Robinhood Chain — a public blockchain we do not control. On-chain data is public, permanent, and outside the scope of this policy. Content you attach to a token launch (images, descriptions) is pinned to IPFS and likewise public and effectively permanent.

How we use data

• Operate the platform: authentication, profiles, favorites, comments
• Secure the service: abuse and fraud prevention, rate limiting
• Improve the product: aggregate analytics
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We use service providers for hosting, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), bot protection (e.g. reCAPTCHA), media pinning (IPFS/Pinata), and optional login (Privy). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them. Note we cannot delete data recorded on a public blockchain or content pinned to IPFS by third parties.

Retention & security

Profile data is retained while your account is active; logs are retained for a limited period for security. We apply industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure — protect your wallet and devices.

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18.
